 We offer a warm welcome to all cyclists and hope this information will be of help to you.

 Facilities and services we can offer you.

 Clothes Wet on arrival?   Please give these to Val who will be very happy to deal with them for you and ensure a dry start at least tomorrow.

 Lockable cycle storage

 Access to water supply for washing down bikes or outdoor wear.

 We have a basic puncture repair kit and access to tools in the workshop if required.

 Small Fist Aid Kit available.

 Food arrangements

 Complimentary drinks tray in room at all times.

 Evening meals are available, by prior arrangement. These are simple 2-course affairs and cost £11 per person. We use local and home produced ingredients whenever possible.

We also have an Indian takeaway, which delivers for a small fee or if it is convenient we will take you to a nearby eatery and bring you home.

 Val is always happy to provide an early breakfast (by arrangement).

A pack lunch can also be provided at £4 per person. (Please arrange in advance)

 We are always happy to top up water flasks. Bring these in with you at breakfast and I will fill them up while you enjoy your breakfast.

 Cycle repair and spares can be found in Kilkhampton and Bude at

 Weather information can be found in the dining room at breakfast time. Alternatively by accessing the red button on the television, go to the weather pages, click on South West, go to 24 hour or 5 day forecast and you will see detailed weather maps and minimum and maximum temperatures for the area.
